Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and seafood. I also incorporate ingredients that are quick and convenient without their quality being compromised:

  • Canned beans, tomatoes and fish
  • Boxed and Canned natural stocks
  • Frozen spinach, corn and broccoli
  • Quick Cook grains (brown rice, polenta, couscous)
  • Prewashed and prepped produce (salad greens, carrots, snow peas, etc.)
