What kind of food will you be eating? Healthy food doesn't have
to be tofu and granola. My idea of healthy food is simply using
ingredients in their most basic state. Fresh fruits, vegetables,
meats and seafood. I also incorporate ingredients that are quick
and convenient without their quality being compromised:
Canned
beans, tomatoes and fish
Boxed
and Canned natural stocks
Frozen
spinach, corn and broccoli
Quick
Cook grains (brown rice, polenta, couscous)
Prewashed
and prepped produce (salad greens, carrots, snow peas, etc.)
